NEVER again

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never again will I buy a Frigidaire product. First, they did not honor their fit guarantee, even if you submit all the paperwork and quality, they deny you and tell you the decision is final but won't tell you why. Second if you have a defective unit they will lie and say you will get replacement parts and once you are outside the return window tell you that they didn't actually order your part but it's too late and you're stuck with it.

The oven is beautiful and is very easy to use. I have several family members who don't like to "learn new appliances". They had no problem operating this. Very intuitive and simple. I'm having fun using all the features. So far, I have used the air fry, steam bake and regular bake. Love it! My cupcakes were moist on the inside and delicious.

At installation, one of 2 lights in the microwave was found to be inoperable. We elected to ignore this issue until the 2nd light burns out because the oven would have to be removed to replace the bulb and to verify that the bulb circuit is functional. Now the unit has started malfunctioning due to âerror detectedâ with instructions to turn off the breakers for 30 sec- this results in brief periods of function, but the process continues to occur. Iâll be calling the service number again. Not pleased!

When using the oven in Bake mode for an uncooked pizza, it almost burns the outer edges but the center part is NOT cooked at all
