Frigidaire Gallery 30'' Freestanding Electric Double Oven Range

I have been struggling with this oven for two years and would not recommend ever purchasing this product. It takes a long time to preheat. When it indicates the oven is done preheating it is not at the temperature set, so I have to wait longer and adjust the settings to try and hit the temperature needed using an oven thermometer. It doesn't maintain a constant temperature for baking. It never hits the temperature that it is set for. It has absolutely destroyed my ability to cook or bake at a consistent high quality level. So disappointed and frustrated.

I have had my range for a couple of months and the top burner has already gone out. Very disappointed because this is an awesome range and a huge focal point in my kitchen.

I bought this oven only 3 years ago and the glass top cracked while cooking last night. I was cooking chicken on the front eye and heard a loud pop and saw the top had cracked and glass pieces were everywhere. I have had several glass top ranges in previous homes and never had any problem. After paying a lot of money for this range, I am disappointed that this has only lasted 3 years. I have already contacted Frigidaire and of course they were no help.

Love the double oven. Don’t like how loud it is when preheating.

I wanted a double oven range, and that part is great. The overall operation of this stove is fine. But if I could do it over, I definitely would not purchase this model simply because of the difficulty in keeping the stove top clean. It shows every little spot! And many spots require not only the Cerama Bryte cleaner but also using a razor blade. I had a different brand smooth top range prior to this which didn't show everything and was much easier to clean as well. This is a very poor choice of material/design for a cooktop!
