How fast and easy to use

Bad Problems

The stove smells like gas and we have had the gas company and a private plumber tell us it's the range.

3rd control panel Melted

So the first two back panels warped after we used the back left burner-the 2nd largest burner on the range-and the company says it's our fault!! Replaced it twice, and stopped using that burner entirely! Yeah, you read that correctly, to keep it from melting we stopped using 1 of the 4 round burners. Three days ago I set the upper oven to self clean-standard 3 hours. 1 hour and 50 minutes in it began beeping and showed, ERR F11 ERR, and UPO on the control panel, which now melted in the middle. So is it my fault for using the feature??? Are the back left burner and self-clean feature not to be used??? They why are they there??? So DISAPPOINTED! Their company refuses to do anything even though we have done NOTHING wrong except purchase their product.

Like Ruth ours also has the same problems. It looks great but the back control panel bubbles after you use the back burner. The bottom oven does not cook evenly.

Control panel and control knobs on front of stove

Bubble formed on control panel after using rear burner. Knobs are extremely hot when top oven is used. A pot holder is needed to operate the stove knobs when the top oven is in use
