Purchased about 2 months ago. Very efficient. Dries all weights and types of clothing well. Quiet.

WORST DRYER EVER!!!

Skipped the "Big Box" store and bought from a trusted appliance store. Supposed to be "High Efficient" - totally NOT! Didn't dry everything in the same load. Somethings were dry and others were still damp. AND took a long time to dry. Now just over a year later it doesn't work. Code "66" came up and found it needs a heating element. Ready to throw it out the window!!!

Massive disappointment

This dryer has had multiple repairs in the few years since we have had it and the washer is just as bad. The control panel continually resets, so that if you set it at 90 minutes on high, it really is going 15 minutes on low. Our repair man said these models are bad and he is right. What makes it most painful is that he works for the store that sold them to us. We made a special effort to buy local and not at the big box stores, spent more than we needed to and this is the result.

I've had this dryer less than three months and I absolutely hate it! It constantly malfunctions and now it's stuck in Pause mode and won't dry anything!! It's 3 am and the only time of the day I have to do housework - five loads of laundry left and it looks like I'm headed to the laundry mat. Grrrrrrrrrr
