Frigidaire Electric Washer/Dryer High Efficiency Laundry Center

Been great. Been trying to figure out if there is a way to stop it from beeping after the load is done for a half hour.

I have had my machine at least a couple years and even though it's been down and waiting for part to come in since June 9th that wasn't a big deal . I've been on the phone with customer service so many times trying to find out what's going on with my part that I already paid for and also $99.00 they were suppose to debit back to my account and every week they say in 3-5 days it will be there. They are suppose to be out on july 24th to fix my machine can't wait to see how that turns out. This is not even the whole story this is putting it mildly and only half of what I have been through. Feel sorry for their customer service, they have such poor management. I'm such a decent person when I call in because I know it's not their fault how awful they do people. It's sad because I love my washer dryer stackable I purchased but because of what you have to go through to get it serviced I will never own another frigidaire in my lifetime. I have never been through this with anything I've ever owned.

I purchased this in October of 2017 I should have know that when the first one was directive and had to be replaced and at year one the drain hose was broken under warranty had to be replaced. Now the computer board is broken and after the spin cycle is filling back up with water. Its pretty bad when the service company tells you waste of money to repair..... And the company will do nothing about it knowing this unit is a bad model. Also the repair company said they have SEVERAL with the same issue in their shop and they dont fix them. Very disappointed with the company and also service if there is a common theme you would think they would do a recall and fix.

I have this unit for 3 years. I am not crazy about it. If I had my choice I would go back to my agitator model. But the thing that is most annoying is that i don't know the length of any of the wash cycles. Can you add them to the reply? Many thanks.

I bought this machine about a month ago & I'm already impressed with it. It took me a couple times to get used to the HE type machine (from an older regular washer) but other than that, it's done the job quite well. I agree that if i put the dryer setting on "normal" then it will take a couple cycles so I just leave it on high temp. The only problem I have is the lint filter. After drying white towels, especially, you have to be careful opening the dryer or lint will blow out of the dryer & the opening gets lint dust all around it. I find the machine very quiet except for when it's finishing the spin cycle; it then sounds like it's coming in for a landing but other than that it's really a step up from my previous w/d combination. It would have been nice to have a chime reminder when the washer is finished (it does take at least 45 minutes to wash a load.) I love the look; in fact, I bought it specifically for the polished gray look.
