Purchased through Sears Outlet to save money. The washer is great! I've used another brand for years, but my fiance recommended Electrolux. It's quiet and their are a lot of bells and whistles. I'm not sure I'll use them all, but it's nice to know I have so many options. I would recommend to friends and family for sure!

I purchased this washer and dryer two yers ago for our Florida home. We used in infrequently until we moved to Florida last year. I found water under the washing machine and called for service. They said the water was coming from the door that did not close properly. I am replacing the door for over $600.00 and there is no warranty to cover this problem. I also purchased the reverse door opening that cost me over $200.00 with installation. This machine has not had much use and to see the cost to repair the door ,considering the price of the machine is a total disappointment with this product.

I brought this machine earlier this summer and I love it. Especially love the self-cleaning feature. Wish the door latched more easily. Pops open if not closed just right.
