Runs hot no fan to cool the compressor

This freezer is loaded with food but we are having to keep a fan going on it 24/7 due to no cooling fan. Do not buy!

Having my freezer is especially greatly appreciated and useful now, in that, with the nation putting our neighborhoods on “stay in place” I have needed frozen food ready to feed us!! How does one place a value on that?!

Design flaw

New door dents daily IMO due to thin door skin and tremendous suction. Picture does not even begin to show all of the problems. There are no children in my home and freezer is in an out of the way corner in utility room. Contacted customer service and was disappointed as expected so far. This freezer is less than a year old and looks like I put it in the yard on its back in a hailstorm. Beyond disappointed.

The freezer was purchased on 7-23-18, this freezer is great, I love all of the features it offers. I look forward to many many years with this freezer.

I bought this as a replacement for our other Frigidaire freezer which lasted us 13 years. This newer upright is very quiet and keeps food at -20 degrees. Nice and bright when you open the door, easy access to everything and the baskets are very nice. Just wish it came with another door shelf.
