Frigidaire Gallery 21.9 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator

We bought the Frigidaire Gallery Model #FGHF 2367TDO refridgerator Oct. 19, 2019 and have already called for repair of icemaker not making ice and when the repairman came in , the first thing he asked was did we have well water and we told him yes, but we have a filter on our well and have never had problems for the thirty years we have been here with other refridgerators and we also have food that if it is toward the back of the refridgerator, it will sometimes have ice forming around the container inside. We are having trouble again and thinking we need to buy a portable icemaker. There is only my husband and myself using the ice, so it's not like we use a lot of ice. We have not been happy with this appliance and we paid quite a bit for it and it is still within the one year guarantee, but I don't not want to keep calling for repair until it runs out and then have to pay for service calls. We have always bought Frigidaire appliances, but we might decide to look at some other brand if this can't be taken care of. I await your reply and if we can settle this in a correct way, I may have to get our local TV station involved but hope it doesn't come to that

A little over a year in and both crisper drawer shelves have a broken rollers. The mounts on the shelf look to be poorly designed, especially for a higher load area. This should have been reinforced into the metal brackets. Or even a molded cross runner between the upper and lower ribs would have increased its strength.

We are very happy with this product. It works as we expect.

I brought this a few months ago and absolutely loved it's design and features. Smaller than what I expected and doesn't support much gallon size storage needs.

We've had this refrigerator for just under a month now and really enjoy it. This is our first with an ice and water dispenser which we love. The noise of the ice maker is at an acceptable level. The front of the left door does appear to be slightly warped by the placement of the dispenser; a minor issue in my opinion. The doors open and close easily. Food and beverage keeps at a nice even temperature; nothing warm or frozen. Overall, pretty satisfied with our purchase.
