Frigidaire Professional 22.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator

We bought this fridge back in 2017 and 2 years later the inside of the fridge started to rust! The fridge has excessive moisture and condensation issues that is likely the culprit. Frigidaire came and replaced the shelf and and rear crate in 2019. This seemed to fix the problem initially. However, not even a year later, the problem is back and the fridge is rusting out again. I called customer service and they are refusing to address the problem or find a solution as to why this is happening. Frigidaire does not stand by their products, I suggest shopping around for another fridge. Buyer beware!

Bought this with a complete kitchen set up from the Fridgidaire professional series, fridge, dishwasher, gas range, hood vent and microwave. Close to 10k spent. After two years, just as warranty was up the upper ice maker stopped working intermittently. Last week the fridge started to show big temperature swings with especially the freezer not able to keep temperatures low. Groceries would thaw and the fridge would also go up to 50 F. Neither ice maker was working. Called a technician and he assessed it either to be a broken compressor and/or a gas leak. Either fix would run in the several hundreds to 1k plus. I called Fridgidaire expressing my frustration. The best they could do was offer the part needed for repair at 50% but I would have to order it directly through them. I called the service company back and they said I'd be looking at at least 3 weeks, for them to pick up the fridge, figure out the exact issue, have me order the part/s through Fridgidaire, until they receive them and repair it. This is unacceptable! Waiting on hold with Fridgidaire looking for a better solution, scrap the 3k 4 year old fridge and give me a credit so I can order a replacement fridge through the service company and hopefully have it in less than a week. Not impressed with the 'professional' series. So much money and having to deal with such issues after barely 4 year.

I have had this for less than three year and have had nothing but trouble. I’ve contacted Frigidaire to report the issues and they blame me. Despite keeping the refrigerator at the temperature as instructed, all the plastic inside cracks. So I have to buy new pieces. Now the door won’t close properly and no repair person can figure it out. I also bought a Frigidaire stove, that was replaced by the warranty company after one year because it broke.

I had Pacific sales out to look at the ice maker and it has never worked properly. The reason we bought this professional fridge was due to the dual ice makers... The bottom maker never has worked. Frigidaire should stand behind this and replace the unit or correct the issue

Have had this model for 3 years. It’s attractive. Keeps accurate and cold temps. However exterior dents and scratches easily, the ice maker is quite loud and, the interior with the door ice maker takes up so much room. Disappointed in the lack of space. Also the freezer is a drawer organization nightmare but most in this style are.
