Frigidaire Gallery 27.2 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator

We bought this refrigerator 2+ weeks ago and we have mixed feelings regarding it. We like the refrigerator and freezer interior and the cold settings are right on the money. However we do not like the following: The fridge runs constantly and we are told that it is due to the high efficiency condenser, it only stops during the defrost cycle; the ice cubes are small; the water that is dispensed is not cooled, it's more like tap water. Not sure if we are going to keep it before our 30 day money back expires.

Zero help from calling customer support because I "Didn't pay for extended warranty" ...$2,500 spent on a refrigerator that wont even last 2 years...this is why we're becoming a throw away country because manufactures make everything so cheap it doesn't last.

We purchased the refrigerator as a suite with the stove, fridge, microwave & dishwasher in November 2017. It took a couple months to get them but within a few months after getting the fridge up and running, we noticed a rattling noise occasionally (kind of like a buzzer going off) which is the fan hitting something. If you open the fridge door, the fan stops and so does the noise. We called Frigidaire customer support and they set up a an appointment for repair. In the last 2 years we have called Frigidaire support and had the appliance repair people out 4 times for the same issue and we still have the same occasional noise but the noise is even louder now than in the past. I called them again today (Jan 28, 2020), for the fifth time. The appliance repair people contact the manufacturer each time they come to do a repair and install upgraded parts as instructed by the manufacturer, that are suppose to fix the problem but nothing has eliminated the noise. That said, I would not recommend this appliance.

Bought this fridge as a display model from menards and I love it. $2500 dollar fridge for $1400 on a closeout deal thanks to whirl pool taking over.

We've only had this for about a month, but it is a great fridge. Wish the water dispensed was cooled internally like most, but not a huge issue. Keeps everything at temp as it should. The cold drawer is nice for fast cooling as is the fast freeze setting.
