Frigidaire Professional 26 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator

Bought this unit brand new and had to have the fridge door replaced bc of the motherboard....then it still did not work so a total replacement was done...NOW here we are AGAIN the replacement fridge side is not cooling...what ya'll want to do for me is give me 40% off parts WELL let me say this I don't diagnose fridge issues NOR am I going to pay out of my pocket for someone else to figure it out...ya'll need to send someone out at YOUR expense and get my fridge working properly. I spent WAY to much money on my 1st unit that failed very shortly after having it then the replacement unit has gone bad....my fridge is NOT old and should NOT be having issues AGAIN!

Bought this Freezer 3 years ago. Freezer always freezes up, i have to manually defrost it with a blow dryer about every to weeks. Have change the thermostat and defrost heater. Still same issue. What can i do to fix this issue

I bought with about 2 years ago and have had to replace rye evaporator fan 3 times already. It keeps freezing everything on the fridge side and than the high alert temperature comes on. It than defrost. With have to unplug it and than it will work for another couple of days and go out again. Now the fridge it not cooling and the freezer is bearly cooling. This is. Dry frustrating.

Hi Frigidaire. I bought the FPSS2677RF side-by-side fridge one year ago. My wife and like the general functions of the fridge. Keeps cold stuff cold and frozen stuff frozen. But the most frustrating thing is the extremely squeaky drawers and rough to-the-touch plastic edges. Every time we open the drawers the squeak pierces our ears, and I can't count the times we've cut, scraped or gashed our fingers on the sharp shelves and drawer edges. There is no reason to deal with this lack of design and final quality, fit and finish. Even the edge of the butter cover is course. Total lapse in quality oversight, really unfortunate for a $2K fridge.

I bought this as a “second”. It had some small defects (minuscule dents). I am very happy with it!
