Frigidaire Gallery 1.5 Cu. Ft. Over-The-Range Microwave with Convection

Can someone from frigidaire contact us. We have been struggling with this microwave ever since it was installed in 03/2017. We have spent several hundred dollars on fuses, and still have the same issue. This microwave is clearly defective. The specs call for 15 amps and our breaker has a dedicated 20 amps for a microwave and it still manages to trip the breaker.

My microwave came with a new build in 2017. I love the convection and all of the options. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but trouble. I've had a tech out twice to fix the fuse. There goes $99 for each visit alone. It's a shame because it is a sleek looking and functional product.

This came with a newly built house (upgraded kitchen appliance package) in Dec '17. I like the convection and other cool features such as the one-touch 30 second heat option, other one-touch features and the LED lights. Turntable is nice. Now it's dead- Appears to be a fuse pop and I've researched this is a known issue with repairs not lasting. Disappointing.

I have had nothing but trouble with the microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The refrigerator has been repaired twice, the dishwasher once and now my microwave does not work!!! I used to think Frigidaire was a good product?

I got this Microwave from my builder and within few months, I've been having multiple issues. The fuse blow out quite frequently, issues with the doors and makes weird sound. When I reported these issues to Frigidaire, they sent the technicians from a third party vendors, they did a very bad job and still didn't fix the issues. The fuse was replaced multiple times, door switches were replaced multiple times, but this mircrowave is not stable and this product is not dependable.
