installation was easy....but would have been really nice if I could have used the existing mounting bracket and holes. New mounting bracket and holes in the cabinet to mount the microwave to were required.

Second microwave in 7 years. Exact same model and make. Never again! It would be nice if GE would stand behind their product!

I would give this 5 stars if the operations were better thought out. Express should have a couple of "seconds" times (30, 15 seconds). Takes more button pushes than our previous GE unit.

Good value for price. I wanted to replace my over the stove microwave and this one fits the space perfectly.
