Frigidaire 27'' Double Electric Wall Oven

We bought this on12/16. My contractor was installing on 12/22 and we he got an error message. I called Home Depot and was transferred to Electolux to schedule a technician. I was told a Mr Gees Appliance would be here on Monday. I called Mr Gees on 12/24 and he said he does not service my area!! He told me I should call Frigidaire, which I did, but you are closed for the holidays. Okay, so I waited till today Monday, 12/27. You are still closed!! It does not say what your closing is on your website. Needless to say, I am not happy with the Frigidaire service.

I am very, very pleased with my Frigidaire Double Wall Ovens. They not only function well, but they are attractive and fit the space from my old ovens perfectly. I purchased them from Lowe's and they were installed by Lowe's contractors. They also removed and disposed of my old ovens and left me with no mess.

Enjoying my oven because I have double the space I can bake more items at the same time and reduce my time in the kitchen. I use this time for other activities.

It's a beautiful double oven. When it was installed, the front had to be taken off and found a wire was not connected causing the panel not to work. This part fixed. Now waiting for part to come in because the heating elements do not work. I'd like to revisit my review once the oven actually works.
