Frigidaire Gallery 27'' Double Electric Wall Oven

This was a great oven. But it stopped working around the 1 year mark. Had the error message fixed through a cleaning of the cooling fan. Now not working again, despite more cleaning of the cooling fan. But we loved it while it worked. It's been under two years.

I bought this about 15 months ago, just before the pandemic hit. It always had issues like to bottom over light came on when the top oven fan came on. We decided not to call for repair due to the pandemic. Last night the oven sounded an alarm at 1am and showed Err F015 Err. It looks like the control board went out, but parts are not available to repair the oven. When I called they said maybe they could get the part in three to six months. I have been very disappointed in the product and will not buy anything from this company again.

Much easier to clean and use than our previous double oven. Love the convection cooking and the self cleaning. We did have to calibrate the temperature for both ovens. Also the temperature probe needs calibration, but not sure how to do this.

The oven cooks very well, especially on the convection setting. It’s even better that the top and bottom both have the exact same features. I would have given a five star rating except the clock setting keeps losing time and I have to keep resetting it every few days and the inside dimensions are not as big as my last oven. The walls in this one are thicker and a couple of my big pans don’t fit. Other than that, it’s been great.

We have had the double oven for about a month and are very happy with it. The features are useful and it cooks evenly. The controls are easy to operate.
