Great features and good customer service

We are building a house and we got all KitchenAid appliances.
When we opened the box to do the installation we noticed the keyboard hanging on and we called KitchenAid immediately. They are working to get me a replacement as soon is possible.
This oven is beautiful, I like all the features specially I love I can see my recipes on the screen.
I set it up on my phone, so it is really useful especially if you are away from the kitchen.

Purchased this in May, had it installed in June. High tech and smart looking and very innovative. Clean lines. I love the powered attachments. Although I am able to achieve what I am aiming to do, sometimes I have to try it a couple of times in order to understand the particular program. I like that it has an App that connects your phone and Apple Watch to the cooking program and to the Yummly App for recipes. There are a half dozen recipes programmed but beyond that there are no directions on how to program your own recipes.
This oven is not just beautiful but a work of art!

All I can say is wow! This oven is not just beautiful but a work of modern art to be admired by the masses. KitchenAid had outdone themselves on this oven, you can bake, convection bake, broil and now with the accessories you can grill indoors with the new plug in grill unit and even steam vegetables or fish right inside your oven with the new plug in steam unit. There is even a cooking stone that can be placed on the plug in base unit and now you can make the perfect pizza at home. Now if you where thinking what else can this oven do I saved the best for last! This oven is Wi-Fi enabled so it can be monitored and controlled remotely with your cell phone or even give it voice commands through Google Home or Amazon Alexa and even receive alerts from your Nest thermostat's mobile app if you've left home with the oven on. So can we say this is the best thing since sliced bread…Yes!!
