Quiet but does not dry well

My built-in dishwasher was installed by the builder. Indeed, it is quiet, which is one of its best features. However, it does not dry very well. Not sure what the "Perfect Dry System" is really supposed to do, but I'm not impressed with that function. Overall, though, it's a good dishwasher.

The dishwasher is amazing. It is super quite and cleans dishes so well. There are no water spots or left over food residue. I love that it has a separate rack for flatware and the optional flatware basket that you can use. When the cycle starts there is a light that shines on the floor to show blue (indicating the cycle has started). When it is finished the light shows green. I have small grandchildren so having the hidden controls is a plus.

purchased with house, only complaint is that it does not dry dishes as well as my last dishwasher

Racks are terrible

Overall seems to work well but the racks are terrible. I hate this dishwasher. The top racks have huge spaces for the glasses so you have to waste space bc each one has to go on a prong that leaves about 6inches of space for the average glass that you cant use. The bottom rack is not as bad but somehow does not allow you to easily put plates in both ways.
