    $800 dishrack

We moved into a new house that came with this dishwasher, which we thought was brand new but later found out was six years old. The first three washes were great--quiet, clean, satisfactory--and then the machine completely died. Bosch customer service was openly indifferent to the issue both times I contacted them. Our repairman concluded that wiring within the machine itself had gone caput, so he recommended we just buy a new appliance because it'd be an enormous hassle to fix assuming that was even the issue. Bosch had nothing to say apart from they only back up their washers for 12 months. Based on my experience with their customer service alone, I'd never consider getting a Bosch. They don't seem to care about the performance of their products, and they're not even minimum-level friendly when you contact them.

/we puechased a mchine modified for the handicaped because a full sized one was not available. It fit into the space our oldmachine had used. It seems adequate to our needs. We are not handicaped. It is quiet and does a fair job at cleaning.

    Great until it doesn’t work

Worked great for 3 years and then broke. A bit short lived for a product with this price

    Best I've ever owned

We have well water and I live in an area with very high mineral content. I bought this model with the option of adding salt. For the first time ever I get clear clean glasses that I don't have to keep replacing. It is also so quiet one has to literally lean over and listen to determine if it is on. Very happy w this dishwasher.
