Should be recalled due to poor design by Electrolu

Bought front load Perfect Steam dryer/washer less than 2 years ago.Perfect steam function malfunctioned which required expensive, Parts, labor and service call. Dryer almost flooded my house due to perfect steam malfunctioning. I had to turn off water which also turned off water to washer. I could not wash or dry clothes for several weeks while I waited for repairman. Dryer should be recalled and costs not passed on to homeowner.

problem with the bars going across the drum

When drying bath mats, they get caught between the longer bar and lint filter causing the drum to stop turning. This happened 4 times and creates a fire hazard and could burn out the motor. I suggest the longer bar be made shorter to add space between the lint filter and the bar in question. Sorry, I have no photos. Just go to your dryer and you will see the problem.

We thought the washing machine was mediocre, but the dryer was a complete disappointment.Small clothing. like socks, underwear, and other delicates, get stuck by the front window door above the lent filter and rarely make it back in the drying drum. This is caused by the drying tub slanting downward towards the front window door. The lint filter is also difficult to clean.Don't buy.
