Frigidaire 20.0 Cu. Ft Upright Freezer

Bought it 6 months ago and can"t remember life without it.

I just bought his large freezer had it for 3 weeks hoping it would get better ended up tossing a lot of food outWould not get cold enough to freeze food

I purchased this 20 cu ft freezer from Costco in October. In less than a month and a half the freezer was no longer working and the temp inside was above 0. The temp control knob would not adjust and I was desperate to get help from Frigidaire to get a technician out before losing a 100 lbs of meat. Frigidaire could not be reached by phone nor could messages be left due to high volume of calls for several days. They did not respond to my email to this day. Not once was I able to speak to a representative. Thankfully it was below zero where I live and was able to keep food in coolers before it spoiled.Ultimately I returned the freezer to Costco. I caution anyone buying this unit if anything goes wrong with it don’t expect any help from Frigidaire. Thankfully Costco was great to deal with and took it back without question. I just purchased the same type from Costco because it is a good price for the size I need but will get the extended warranty with Costco this time. I hope I won’t get burned by this decision.

We've had this freezer for almost a month now. It a game changer! So much space in a clean sleek design. Fits perfectly in our garage and provides so much extra space.

We have had this freezer for about a month now, it's perfect for holding the overflow items that do not fit in our regular refrigerator/freezer combo. The doors are adjustable to open either side, it's compact enough to fit easily in any space. We love the many shelves and compartments.
