Frigidaire Gallery 22.2 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator

I have had this fridge for 3 years. When I first ordered it, they brought me a dented up fridge, the second one that came was dented too. The third one did not look plumb but I was tired of waiting for a fridge so I accepted it. The fridge itself looked pretty cool in the show room. I year later ( RIGHT AFTER WARRANTY EXIRED) the ice maker froze up and I had to pay a repairman $250 to fix it. About 6 months later half the display went out. Now after a few power outages the fridge part is too cold and freezing everything. I tried to get service but its 5 days out due to covid. Will I buy one again. Unlikely

Every review I've read describes all the problems perfectly. I have had this fridge serviced numerous times. It just stops working and the temps keep fluctuating from 47 to 59 degrees. I've had the control unit replaced 2 times already, the fridge makes horrible noises and now it simply won't go below 57 degrees currently. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product in my live. Since I moved into my new home, we had to replace a Frigidaire stove and dishwasher all within 2 years, and it looks like this fridge is out the door as well. Your tagline of "Legendary Reliability" is an absolute joke. Thousands of dollars lost between appliances and food and the customer service is atrocious.

The back is rusting. It’s a known problem but they won’t cover it . It’s a waste of almost $2000 only to have to buy a new one. I will never buy Frigidaire again

Our Fridge works great. we use the water/ice dispenser frequently. And the convenience of side-by-side doors, counter depth makes our 'galley' kitchen even more usable.But, the 'display panel with temp' is going bad. What can we do?

My husband purchased this refrigerator for me about a year ago. Refrigerators are not cheap and apparently these have a major problem with the ice machine. The motor keeps freezing up creating this horrible humming noise. I would like to hear back from someone at Frigidaire. It appears this is a manufacturers defect. I have read the reviews and a refrigerator and this frog has some major issues. A refrigerator should last a lot longer than a year or two.
