Frigidaire 22.1 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator

I have had this fridge for about three years with no problems. Now the ice machine does not work. I am wondering if there is anything I can do.

I purchased this a little over a year ago but because of back orders and shipping delays due to the pandemic, it was not delivered for 2 months. The unit need service because the ice maker failed! Frigidaire would not honor the warranty because it starts on the order date! Less than a year of service and a $100 part fails! Additionally, the model number printed on the inside of the refrigerator ends with TS3, but when that is included, the refrigerator cannot be found on line. Finally, writing this review is made more difficult because of very poor web site design; the instructions pop up in a black box covering part of the text box. Probably the last Frigidaire appliance I will ever buy. I bought this item along with a Frigidaire dishwasher that has some quirks as well.

It's under warranty but having trouble getting through to a live operator.

Have had the Refrigerator for 15 years now but the little gear that pushes ice out has proken twice. After 2nd time we just reach in and get the ice. Otherwise is very nice appliance & are considering getting same model as it fits perfectly in the space in our condo. Otherwise has given us 15 years of good service. Would recommend but company should do something about the ice dispenser gearing & thats whats keeping us from buying another new one. As I stated previously, old one is still working fine but want to renew all of our kitchen appliances.
