Don’t buy if you do not want a hassle

I bought this a month ago with 20 k of other kitchen aid appliances. While the picture shows a handle when I called they do not sell a handle kit for this and the representative just said the cabinet maker can make a handle. You are kidding there isn’t a handle for this panel ready model. So I would not recommend this model or the kitchenaid service rep.

Beware of dimensions...

This is a great looking wine refrigerator but it does not fit under a standard counter height. Most kitchen counters are 34" high and this wine cooler requires over 35". Unless you have a custom counter height, it will likely not fit. I didn't realize this until I had already purchased it. Luckily, I was able to return it and exchange for something else. Kitchenaid should pay more attention to this detail. I wanted a wine cooler to match my other Kitchenaid appliances but it was not possible.

Works but does not hold many bottles

As I was attempting to stock this fridge, sadly I realized it does not hold bottles as advertised. I was able to stock the bottom two racks with red as shown but the other four racks did not hold as shown. If you have any bottle that is larger (not magnum) it will not fit. The top rack for whites is ok but don't try to fit any reds in the other racks. This is not as advertised and frustrating in its design to not hold red wine.
