The cooktop was installed 5 years ago and explode without any reason, very scary situation with my family at home. Fortunately we were at home to prevent a fire loosing our home.

It looks great and the burners work well. I do find that the heat bleeds more on the side of the cooktop than my previous cooktop.I would prefer the low burner in the back. I don't use it very often, so would prefer a regular and high burner in front.

Grates too heavy.

Why can't you build grates that are half the size so that theyare not so heavy?

Works well

I would have preferred to have both large burners in the rear, or a large burner and the medium burner up front.
