I bought the gas range that is black and I like the color. The electronic display is nice and straight forward and easy to use. I am concerned about the thickness of the sheet metal, such that the side panels are flimsy and not robust. The bottom drawer is not strong at all and not self supporting when the drawer is pulled out. It is somewhat skewed and doesn't sit straight. Compared to my older 1988 GE gas model, the robustness of the stove's sides and lower draw is poor. The stove top and display are better. The oven is the same. Finally, I did not receive a user's manual and have to wonder why GE could not grace the new owner with a nice bound manual. I paid enough money to offset the cost of a manual and have formed the opinion that the company is cutting unnecessary corners.

Easy purchase and delivery. Easy install and it fit perfect in space true to measurements. Quick pre-hear and cooks evenly. Easy to program and use.

The oven gets to temperature within 5 minutes. I like that the flame is easily adjustable.
