I was looking for a basic unit on a tight budget. I've had dishwashers before with a lot of fancy adjustable racks that I never used. The extra hinges and brackets took up valuable space for nothing. I like the simplicity of this unit. It works dependably. I bought it in black to go with the black and white tile floor I want to put in my kitchen. Cons: The spacing between the tines of the upper rack is a little too close for my larger mugs. I run the dishwasher every to or three days. It doesn't do well on the normal cycle if the kids load dishes without rinsing them well first.
