Frigidaire 24'' Built-In Dishwasher

This unit stopped working a month after the 1 year warranty expired. It wouldn’t fill with water. After going through a list of things to check, I discovered the latch assembly and connected wires were completely fried. We’ve had no major storms and nothing else in the house has stopped working like this. Complete junk.

I bought this dishwasher Nov of 2017. Within the first month the top rack started coming out of the track rollers. I had a technician come to my home several times. The last technician ended up changing the rollers on the dishwasher fall of 2019. Within a month the top rack was coming off the track, again. Once the rack popped out and scratched and gouged the inside wall of the dishwasher. I sent Frigidaire an email with numerous pics about a month ago and received an automated email saying someone would be contacting me in 3 days. Well no one ever contacted me!!! Two weeks ago, I started a load of dishes, only for the cycle to not complete and now it won't even turn on. Again I contacted Frigidaire and again, no one has contacted me!!!! Cheap products and lousy customer service. I'll also leaving a review about a refrigerator I purchased in Dec of 2015. Within the first 6 months the door handle broke off of the refrigerator. Then, a couple of months ago I was putting cheese in the dairy drawer and the entire frame it fit into broke off of the shelf. I noticed tonight the shelves in the door are staring to crack in the middle. I didnt understand why those shelves were cracking and the door shelves on my old refrigerator were fine the entire timr. I realized tonight, this refrigerator shelves are a cheap plastic and the other shelves.were metal. Only my daughter and I live in the house and we don't misuse/abuse the appliances. The last dishwasher I had for 15 years and I had the refrigerator for 23 and only bought a new one because I didn't want to be run the risk of my old refrigerator going out and all of the food spoiling. If I'd know what I was really purchasing I would have kept the old refrigerator!!!!

This is a really nice dishwasher, efficient, effective and extremely quiet!

Throw away dishwasher. Completely dead after 2 years. Warranty of course not listed on site.

this is a very good basic dishwasher that i run on a daily basis. a month or two ago the springs on the door broke and since it was still under warranty the company fixed it. we are renting a house and needed to replace the 30 yo one that was there but did not want to pay for a top of the line model for a rental home. i have had no other issues with it.
