Whirlpool ENERGY STAR® Certified Dishwasher with Sensor Cycle

As the previous commentor said, our heating element has also blown out after 2 1/2 years of usage. When we first bought it, there was a factory defect, and fortunately we had it covered. we are now past the warrenty. This machine was just as problematic as our previous $400, whirlpool. I would suggest saving the money and trying another brand.

I purchased this dishwasher 2 1/2 years ago to replace a 14 year old dishwasher. When it was first purchased the dishwasher it preformed well, however after 2 1/2 years the heating element has failed and is going to cost over $200 to repair So no I would not recommend this product. I reached out to customer service to remedy the problem, the representative was willing to cover the cost of the heating element, however I would have to pay a technician to diagnose and replace the defective heating element. Not the resolution I was expecting.

I love this dishwasher however.. I am so surprised a dishwasher can take 3 hours 18 minutes to do a load of dishes. That makes you want to always fill it to capacity because there is no quick cycle anything on this one unlike my old dishwasher. I am truly unsure how this is more efficient than my old one when it takes that long for one load!!!

the whole whirpool line has worked great.we would recommend it ro anyone!

I purchase about 3 weeks ago and it washes dishes and pots super clean.
