Electrolux Front Load Washer with IQ-Touch Controls

We moved into a new house and decided to splurge on a washer and dryer. I've had my eyes on these for a while so I was excited when we got them! We've owned this washer since October 2009 and it has yet to fail. I love the many washing options it has and the fact that it reminds you to clean it after so many washes (because I would most definitely forget!). The capacity is perfect; I'm able to wash a king size down alternative comforter and my weekly washing load has gone from 8 to 3. I really like the push door feature, I think it's better than pulling on a handle. Also, a little hint, I leave the door open after every wash to let it air out and I haven't had a single odor issue. All in all I believe that this is one of the best washers out there!

Bought these about 6 months ago. They are very quiet compared to my old ones. The different wash functions cover everything you could possibly need. Dryer works great everytime. The Washer on the other hand never finishes a cycle says no water even though theres water in the drum and when its restarted it flows just fine. Usualy it takes 3 trys to finish a single load of laundry.

We do enjoy our new Electrolux washer and dryer. I like the quietness of it, although the spin cycle can still sound like a jet taking off. We seem to have a problem with the detergent dispenser popping out sometimes also after it fills into the machine. I do believe it should automatically come with the units that go under it to make them higher and not have to pay extra for them. We did not buy them so you have to get on your knees to do laundry pretty much otherwise. I do believe they are nice units overall, but not sure they are worth the high price. If anything is set on the tops, they do scratch very easily as well.

After 16 months of using our BLUE washer & dryer, we are still amazed at the quality of the these appliances. We enjoy the fact that we can do normal size loads and delicates but also those items that we used to have to take to the laundromat such as bedding, throw rugs and other large items. We are very pleased with this purchase.

When we bought our home 18 months ago, we splurged on the blue Electrolux front-load washer and dryer. They are still functioning as well as they did when new and are as quiet as ever. We had a small glitch with the soap dispensing drawer on the washer, but Electrolux provided prompt service and we did not miss a load that week.The high capacity helps to minimize the amount of time it takes to do the wash for our family of four. Too bad that they don't fold clothes, too.
