Frigidaire Gallery 30'' Freestanding Gas Range

I have had this unit for 7 years and now need to replace the (expensive) control board for the *third time*; every couple of years. I didn't even cook much for the first 5 years, so it's not due to heavy usage, just very poor design. When one or more buttons don't work (like the "cancel" button when the oven is hot), when the thing starts beeping at odd times when it's not even in use, when the F11 error appears, when the beeping becomes nearly constant; it's time to buy another control board OR just give up on this range. My next buy will not be a Frigidaire,

We bought this model 3 1/2 years ago. Sometimes, certain numbers don't work on the keypad. Now, it's been beeping everyday, all day! We have unplugged it at this point. Is this how long stoves last now??? The part to fix it is over $300.00 and the service call is approximately $250.00 as the entire control panel has to be replaced? I am so disappointed:(

We have had this for less than 2 years. Within one year the thermocouple burned out and had to be replaced. I wasn't too upset I still liked the stove and it was fixed for under $200 including the service call. Fast forward less than one year later and we are woken up in the middle of the night with constant beeping and the control panel stopped working so we can't use the oven. It has an F11 code so I looked it up and it said the electronics become damaged regularly with this stove. It was summer so we waiting to get it fixed and used the grill. Our technician called and the part to fix the control panel is over $300!? So in 2 years a $600 stove will cost us an additional $500. I cant recommend a product that only last a year and then starts costing every year.

Im loving cooking with gas and I also love the quick preheat feature and the ease of cleaning this stove.

Only month after using the clock control panel beeped no matter if we cancel out. We had to unplug oven and wait for service. Also prefer the front edge of the stove to not heat up so high when using the burner.
